The location of the new facility, right next to the Monte Mayor Sales Office, ensures maximum cooperation and synergy between the sales and club team to the benefit of all our customers – even before they move in.
Customers can drop by the new service office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10am and 1pm to personally discuss their needs and possibilities with Client Executive Julie Davis, our Monte Mayor specialist. Those who purchase a home in Monte Mayor will receive a complimentary three-year membership in La Perla Club; client executive consultation and coordination is free – you only pay for the services you contract for. Even in the earliest stages of planning for your home, Julie can provide exact estimates for the services you have in mind. If the opening hours are inconvenient for you - outside office hours, the service desk is available 24 hours a day via our toll free number. Just call – the Monte Mayor Club desk is always at your service.
