An even bigger, better and more luxurious clubhouse, designed by renowned American architects, is already in development. When completed, the current clubhouse and café will be converted into an extensive sports complex, including tennis courts, a gym, health and spa facilities, heated swimming pool, restaurant and more. A driving range is also going to be added, making Monte Mayor Golf & Country Club a truly complete, all-round golfing centre.

Riding stables and facilities are planned at a location convenient to the residential zone (click for masterplan), yet on the edge of rural trails winding throughout the beautiful nature reserve that Monte Mayor is located in. All these facilities are now in an escalated state of development.
