Monte Mayor is no 'overnight' project, but a unique residential community that will carefully expand in the coming years to reach its full potential. The development of Monte Mayor is therefore divided in several phases - 12 in total. Phases I (Plots A and C), II (plots E and F1-20) and Phase IV (Plots F>20) are totally developed and sold. In 2004 Phases III and V were opened for the market and infrastructure works began. In the first quarter of 2005 the development of Phase VII began. Phases VI has recently been made available.
